The people at DropNet Ltd form the crux of the company, working together with the collective goal of expanding the company. An average day at DropNet Ltd is at par with the ever-changing world of e-commerce. We are presented with a new challenge every day; hence we define success as our capacity to leverage our capabilities, solve issues, and create a great environment for employees and a better experience for our customers. As a Start-Up, our team is small in comparison to the scope of the work at hand – we therefore take pride in the hands-on approach of our employees, and the collaborative effort often needed in order to keep up with the ever-changing and improving e-Commerce market.
We believe that “Creativity is seeing what everyone else has seen and thinking what no one else has thought”. We facilitate this by an open office culture where everyone has a voice.
On a normal day at DropNet Ltd, you'll find a buzzing workplace full of creative thinkers, problem solvers, and motivated individuals, all working together. Every day, something fresh and fascinating happens; all you have to do, is pay attention and take initiative. It is not uncommon for DropNet’s employees to wear many hats – in many ways, many team members take pride in being able to increase their areas of expertise.
